A project to develop a content strategy, website design and website build to upgrade the existing poor performing website. The previous website had a complex menu, few pages and poorly communicated the activities of the not-for-profit organisation.

The project involved staged steps. The first stage was to identify potential key content areas which best communication with their audience needs. A series of recommendations informed the editing and creation of the website content.
The second stage was to design the website, using the new content and utulising some of the showcase photos of the Camino trails in western Europe.
The third stage was to implement the website design, and import a large volume of content from PDF newsletters. Custom functionality included listings for each Pilgrim group around Australia, each with their own calendar and contact forms.
